Making frozen breadsticks?!

Question: Making frozen breadsticks?
I have a recipe for pizza dough and I'd like to use it to make breadsticks that I can put in the freezer and just pull a couple out when I need them (cheaper than getting them in the frozen section at the store). How would I do this... should I cook them first? Or freeze the raw dough?

you could bake them partially and then freeze; you would be making brown and serve bread sticks.
Freezing raw dough works well too but if you make them a brown and serve product, you will save time when you are pulling out what you want to use.
