I want to make some crab rangoons however i'm out of cream cheese are there any alternatives I might have?!
i have some ricotta and just about everything else you could think of i just got back from store and forgot the Rangoon's any ideas you probably won't answer in time to help me but maybe the next idiot

Crab Rangoon is made with cream cheese. Maybe your family or neighbors can help
Hmmm. Do you have any type of cheese? Sour cream? Plain yogurt? Substitute with something and then name them after yourself!
yogurt may work or sour cream.
