i want to make porkchops for dinner (breaded and fried) but i cant use eggs!?!


Question: I want to make porkchops for dinner (breaded and fried) but i cant use eggs!?
link me or tell me a substitute i can use for eggs, and how to coke them correctly with out eggs?

You could try moistening them with milk instead, then roll them in the bread crumbs. Or, you can coat them with mayo, then the crumbs.



I never use eggs or milk...I get the flour mixture or bread crumbs what ever I am going to use ready...then I rinse off the chops and dredge through what I am coating them with....sometimes I fry them for a minute on each side and dredge them again for a second coating...at least for me this works really well...I never could see wasting an egg or milk to coat a few pork chops...

You can use applesauce. Works as a substitute for cakes, too. But you have to bake it twice as long.



I don't coat them at all.Just fry them in a little oil.Use the pan drippings to make gravy.



u can dip them in milk instead thats what i do if im out of eggs
