I like to try 'different' recipes when I cook.
I was thinking of serving it with a fried oatcake starter and a cinnamon ice cream to finish...?

If you have to ask us, then it's too much of a risk. Prune curry sounds like one of the most disgusting things anyone could serve anywhere. If you want to impress her, get to know her and her preferences and she will totally love what you make her and your thoughtfulness.

Prune Curry and oatcake. That combination sounds like it may cause frequent trips to the restroom. Not a good time. I would suggest trying something a little more gentler on the stomach.
