I AM MAKING CROCK POT TURKEY?!


Question: I AM MAKING CROCK POT TURKEY?
To make Italian shredded sandwiches for dinner. Question, I followed the recipe and placed the turkey in the crock pot but does it need to be covered in water or chicken broth to cook? The turkey is in there with the sauce on top but the turkey is not covered...I thought it need to be in order to cook??? Thanx

Answers:

No you need some liquid in the bottom, but don't submerge the bird.
