What spices would go with carrots,broccili,and potatoes?!
I was thinking melting butter and mixing in olive oil, with spies . What spices would go with it? Do these ingredients go well? I'm baking them

Garlic, onion, basil, parsley,thyme rosemary.... pretty much anything would go.
I would use italian seasoning- for a full baking pan/sheet (13 x 9 or bigger), I'd use 1/2 teaspoon.
I would go with garlic, rosemary or thyme and fresh ground pepper.

I'd use some sage, garlic, onions, and cayenne or red chili flakes
