easy way to prepare bottom round steak?!

Question: Easy way to prepare bottom round steak?
okay so I have been snowed in since monday, I dug a bottom round steak out of my freezer. I need a simple way to prepare it (bake, fry). I don't have all the fancy marinades and soups to make a cuisine out of it. I'm scraping, I have plenty of seasonings though

Sounds like steak and gravy to me. Tenderize th beef if you have a needle tenderizer, or beat it with the edge of saucer if you don't. Season it with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and cayenne. Dredge it in flour seasoned with the same spices. Fry it in medium heat bacon drippings or oil until it's golden brown, then remove it to a plate and keep it warm. Take out all but 2-3 tablespoons of the oil, put in an equal amount of the leftover seasoned flour, and make a roux. Use beef broth if you have it or water if you don't to make a gravy. Add the meat back in and simmer for an hour or two. Don't boil it; it'll get tough. Serve over mashed potatoes or white rice.
