Take your recipe for tuna wiggle, replace tuna with shrimp and add dill, tarragon and garlic.
Voila
Ok, Sorry - here is a recipe for Tuna Wiggle with Peas - which is just as I remember my grandmother (born in 1890 and my mother, born in 1915) made it. Creamed fish, with peas, served (if I recall) over toast?... Generally, they made it with canned salmon, not tuna.
Take this basic recipe and modify it by adding anything you want - including tarragon, or dill and/or garlic. Chose one herb or the other, don't overdo it with both - the clarity of the taste will suffer.
Good luck
