The cake in the picture was made in a Wilton bear cake pan and it uses 2 cake mixes which would serve about 30 people. Are you planning to sculpt the cake you make?
If I was doing the cake (30 years of professional experience), I would charge:

Labor...............$40.
Delivery Charge $25
Total............. $105.
In reality I would not do the cake at all because I am not licensed to decorate from my home and would not like to chance getting fined not only for accepting money for decorating from an unlicensed kitchen but also for selling a copy righted design when I did not pay the royalties to make it legal.
I would say anywhere from 70 to 100 dollars.
