Brownie in a mug.

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
dash of salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
small handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Whisk together dry ingredients in a coffee mug, standard size (11 oz.) or larger. Add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly--making sure to scrape the bottom and sides so that it's all incorporated. If you'd like, mix in chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. The finished product will be soft-ish and chewy.

Cool for a minute. Eat right out of the mug :)

EDIT" Use a really big stoneware or oven safe mug.

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Small splash of vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! (it will deflate)
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

13? hmmm. I was making home made fudge before I was 13 so you may like this easy recipe if you cook at all. You only need 4 ingredients and its quick and easy. You need 2 cups sugar, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, half a stick of butter (2 tablespoons] and 4 tablespoons cocoa baking powder. first you mix the milk and sugar together in a pot on high heat on the stove. Stir it until it is boiling, then start timing it while stirring vigorously for 3 minutes, then take it off the heat, and mix in cocoa making sure you have all the powder dissolved, put in butter and keep stirring, pour immediately into a plate and let cool.

Enjoy
