Can I mix cooking spray into cake mix?!

Question: Can I mix cooking spray into cake mix?
I am making a cake and I forgot to spray the pan first. Can I just mix the cooking spray in with the cake mix? I don't want to have to pour it out and all that. What if I don't use any cooking spray at all?

First, you and my nephew have the same name! :) yea for Teo's.
Anyway...
Second: no no, you can't spray it on to food. In fact i hate using it on pans to begin with. Did you know that those sprays contain propellant? That can't be good for us. Anyway, it's too late to worry about it now. Your cake will stick probably, but it's not the end of the world. Just do your best to get it out when it's done, and try and remember for next time :)

No, it won't work that way. Go ahead and bake it as usual and after it's cooled when you try to get it out, run a knife around the edge and shake the pan up and down gently to loosen the cake before you tip it over. If it still seems stuck, lift up each edge with a knife and gently shake some more.

Do NOT mix it in. It won't work and will taste strange. Your cake may stick to the pan. If it does, pull it out in pieces, pile the pieces into a big bowl, and pour freshly-mixed instant pudding all over it before the pudding has a chance to set fully. That is truly yummy.

No, you may not do that! Just go ahead and bake the cake. It will stick to the pan, but just ice it and serve it in the pan. Cake is good regardless.

That is disgusting. Not to mention it still would stick. I would just cook it and eat it out of the pan so I wouldn't have to get it out whole.

pour it out clean and spray pan or it will stick and you will remove it by spoon fulls to use as a pudding.
