Chicken breasts with dijon mustard and parm cheese?!

Question: Chicken breasts with dijon mustard and parm cheese?
I am experimenting with food concoctions and I put dijon mustard and parmasan cheese with a little salt and pepper on some chicken breasts. I have never done that before. Do you think it sounds like it will taste any good?

It's a great idea - season the chicken skin (or skinless if you prefer), slather with the mustard, then sprinkle the parm over. In a 350 degree (F) oven for about 30 minutes - depends on the size of the chicken, but check around then - Be sure the chicken is fully cooked - use a thermometer or poke a hole thru the middle, press down on the skin, and if the juices that come out are colourless, you're ok - if the juices are pink or red, it's not done. Also try mixing the parm cheese with panko and a little olive oil - enough to make a 'paste', easy to put on top. It'll be really delicious!

It will be very nice as long as you cook the chicken correctly. I would pound the chicken into cutlets and then dip them into an egg/mustard mixture then coat them with parm infused breadcrumbs. You could then bake them or pan fry them.
