chicken thawed in freezer - not removed but refozen - is it still good to use?!
power was out for more than 12 hours chicken was in freezer it thawed and was reforsen when power came back on - freezer was not opened during this time - can the chicken and other meat that was in there be used safely

at a 12 hour power outage it probably never got completely thawed as long as the freezer was not opened. Personally, I would use it.
yes its still safe to eat, as long as it wasn't opened or anything like that.
Hmmmm i'm not sure it would probably be best to throw it out
