Waffles: Maple syrup. Pancakes/crêpes: Cointreau and then flambé.
I love a thin layer of peanut butter, and then syrup over the top. Recently, I went to a restaurant and they had pumpkin pecan pancakes. Then they made a warm brown sugar syrup for over the top that was incredible! Probably some of the best pancakes I have ever eaten (:

Mix together oatmeal adding peanut butter and syrup (into the oatmeal) mix and pour on top of W/Pancakes and top off with slices of banana! YEA!!!!
well i like to toast my waffles and then put butter on them..but for pancakes i love to dip em in mayple syrup!

My wife makes all kinds of fruit syrups.Plum,blackberry,elderberry,peach,… my favorite is rose hip syrup.
Sour cream, raspberry jam and sugar. Or sour cream and sugar only. Or replace raspberry with blueberry. Haven't eaten it since I was a kid though!
Homemade blueberry syrup, orange syrup, Agave syrup.
Golden syrup and lemon juice for pudding and ham and cheese for savoury!

waffles i usually have with peanutbutter n sliced banana n for pancakes i put nutella and then kinda wrap them so yummy
Cooked apples (Bramley are best) freshly cooked. Optionally add a few sultanas or raisins and/or a little spice.
Cream cheese, sliced fresh strawberries and maple syrup.
Either butter with maple syrup or ice cream. Simply delicious.
