Here is one for you to try after learning well how to do the first one I gave you previously .

Raisin Spice Honey Bread

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. raisins
In lg. bowl , combine 2 c. flour , yeast and spices . Mix well . In a saucepan heat milk , honey , water and butter until warm ( 120 - 130 F. ) . Add to flour mix . Add eggs ; beat 3 min. at med. speed . By hand gradually stir in remaining flour and raisins . Knead about 5 min. Place in a greased bowl ; cover and let rise in a warm place .
Punch down the dough and divide in half . Shape into round balls , place on greased cookie sheets . Cover , let rise about 30 min. Bake at 375 F. for 30 - 35 min.

I see you like to cook. We all like to eat out at restaurants but in today's economy it is one of those things that is getting to expensive to do anymore. If you are looking to duplicate their favorite restaurant recipes I really like this program America's Secret Recipes. It shows you How to Make Your Favorite Restaurant Dishes at Home! I also read that some of the popular restaurants are upset with this guy and are trying to force if off the market. Check it out it might be something you can use.
