Use a pan 4 times bigger than you typically would use for water to prevent the overflow when it comes to boil.,
Stay in the kitchen anyway. When the milk bubbles up and potentially over the top and onto your stove, it is a major cleanup effort. So, if you are watching it in the kitchen you save yourself some potential clean-up
Jimmy, this is easily done in a double boiler to prevent burning. Or if you do not have one use a pot with water in it and a steel bowl on top of the pot with the milk in that. It will take a little longer to reach temp but will not burn as easy.
So simple, just need milk and a pot, pour milk in… make sure you have it on a lower setting to prevent burning and excess scalding. constantly stir it to prevent that white film on top.
pour milk into a tea kettle

This question does not make any sense. Everyone knows how to boil milk.
