Question: How do i cream butter and sugar until creamy when making frosting?
I don't know what utensil to use to cream it together until smooth

You could also knead in a large sealable plastic bag, then just add whatever your other ingredients are.
When thoroughly mixed, cut off the corner and squeeze to frost the cake--no mixing bowls to wash!



the butter needs to be at room temperature for this so take it out at least 1 hour prior to your baking , to mix you can put the butter and sugar into the mixer and use the whip that comes with it , I like to use that when I make cakes it sure saves time in comparison to the hand held whip.

I just use a hand mixer. If you don't have one, just use a large spoon and just kind of smash it together until all of the sugar is mixed well into the butter. Make sure your butter is soft.



i use an electric mixer. Get the butter soft, not squishy, and beat it first, then gradually beat in your sugar until it's all creamy.



I use the back of a wooden spoon to gradually work the sugar into softened butter.
