Typically warehouse grocery stores like Sams and Costco will have readymade themed cakes in a variety of designs, but your best bet is to go to your favorite grocery store and ask the bakery to take a blind cake (one that has been baked and crumb-coat frosted) and decorate it with the Toy Story theme for you.
