It will melt and be very hard to clean. Not only that you could burn down the house. It's a very bad idea.

It depends on your type of plastic. "Plastic" has become a generic term for synthetic.Unless you are a chemist and can analyze the type of plastic that you have, I would say don't put it in the oven. For one, the dice would either melt or become distorted in some way. But most importantly some synthetics, in particular those which are not meant to be heated, will give off toxic fumes when heated. If this is the case, in a worst scenario they could contaminate your oven.

I have a reason to believe that this video is meant to be a joke/prank.

It is not gonna happen. Even if the dice withstand the heat of the hot oven (250C), how can it keep the shape if the plastic gets "soft" and makes the bottom heavier? Only the inside of the dice changed property but not the outside? I dont think so!

It would probably melt

By the way, here's a tip for future reference: The plural of dice is not dices. It's actually "Die" So you could say rolling die or just say rolling dice.

It will most likely melt. It will melt and give off chemicals.
