Hey Bethanne P, I couldn't help but notice your Saints logo. I have a few of my own. Since you appear to be a fellow fan, I'll tell you the simplest way to get what you're looking for: any grocery store has white queso cheese in about an 8 oz size round size. It's with the sour cream, yogurt, cheese section of the dairy dept. This is basically just Monterey Jack w/jalapenos that has already been processed like Velveeta has. If you want to make it in a skillet for aesthetic appeal - you like the way it looks in the skillet - you can, but it's so easy to just nuke it for couple of minutes, and there's nothing else in it. If you want to make your own from scratch, make a white sauce and add Monterey Jack w/jalapenos, heat on low til it melts, it's great. I must admit that it's easier to find any queso type cheese and just nuke it or heat it on the stove very slowly in a heavy gauge pot. If all else fails, look in the spanish food section of the refrigerator section of your favorite wally world. You can find it just about any where. Good Luck and Bon Appetit!! Gooooooooooo Saints!!!
