It absolutely is NOT a good meal plan. A healthy meal plan requires protein (eggs, fish, lean meats, etc). This lopsided plan of yours will guarantee you're going to have no energy and feel terrible. Also, if you eat too few calories your metabolism basically just shuts off and you'll lose nothing. Rethink your plan. It's really bad.

If you do that, i think you will faint in a few days, definitely in a week.

Going on a diet itself is not a bad thing if you are obese, but you still need to eat proper balanced meal.

Just cut off all the soda, snacks, fast food, etc, and work out. Have some exercise.

If you have balanced meal every time, you will feel happy. :D Don't stress yourself by eating less.

eating that wont* help u to lose weight, but rather the opposite*
u need to eat every 2hrs small amounts from the food groups (fruit/veggies/protien/good carbs/grains & water/exercise

u'll be pretty hungry on what you've mentioned above. that's not the way to go
you're missing so many healthy choices*

that is not a balanced meal plan at all. your body will end up slowing down. you need some protein in there. eggs, fish, nuts, chicken. not only will you not be starving yourself, you will keep your metabolism going all day. if your incorporate proteins along with fruits and vegetables.

umm seems a little un healthy to me. but a salad for dinner is great u can have many variities like tomatoes chicken dressing etc. nd dnt eat too much bananas cuz more than 4 a week can give u constapation

No. Starving yourself is NEVER a good meal plan. Diets don't work.
