Deep Fried Brownie Recipe-(No coating)?!

Okay, so I have gotten hooked to these things! My local pizza shop has them and they are like brownie bites that are deep fried and when you bite into them, they have like melted chocolate inside of them. So, here is my question; does anyone know how to make them? I have looked, and looked, and can not find any recipies. I know you have to like make the brownies but what next? I found how to make the twinkies but it involves using the batter to cover and then fry them in. However when I get them from the pizza shop there is no batter on them. So, does anyone have a recipe or do you know like if I could freeze each brownie and then deep fry it when frozen?
