I thiink rice woud go well with the stuffed peppers--I assume you are stuffing them with chopped meat. Also a mixture of romaine and iceberg lettuce as a salad would fit in.

cook this sometimes and it is a big hit with the family and friends good down home cooking comfort food

Spinach salad or Caesar salad along with Italian breadsticks goes nicely ending with ice cream and fresh fruit.
