You could make an apple crumble very easily you have everything you need. You could also make brownies from scratch. A really quick and fast homemade dessert with not too much flair is what my mom used to call Shoo Fly Pie and you mix flour and water to make a doughy paste and then add cinnamon and sugar roll it really thin and top with more cinnamon and sugar then bake at 350 for about 15 minutes and top with honey or any of the fruit that you have listed about. It is a great recipe that you can adapt to what you like without all the precision of baking.

cookies or brownies. Or maybe a smoothie.

Brownies! This is an old recipie, but very simple and very good. fool proof ;)
just mix the ingredeants in order, finish mixing each before adding the next:
1/2 cup melted Butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 cup flour add in portions to make it easier to mix in.
If you want to add nuts you can.

I always double the above recipie. Put the recipie in a small baking dish/pan like 8x8 or something similar, you can go bigger if you double it. like 9x11 or so. I always line the pan with parchment paper if you have it. Not wax paper, that's different. Wax paper will catch fire. I you don't have that, butter the pan to keep it from sticking.

put the batter in, make it as even as you can, it will settle a little anyway, and it will rise a bit to, so leave room for that.

bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins
stick a knife or tooth pick in the middle to check, it will come out clean or with crumbs. If you get batter it's not done. I am sure you know this.

have fun. if you have icing sugar, put some in cup or small bowl and drizzle milk or water in only a few teaspoons at a time until you get a glaze about like slightly runny gravey and pour it over the cooked brownies after they come out to glaze them if you want. yummmy

enjoy :)
