is this double cream ok to use?!
I want to make something, I only have a bit of whipping cream left, It was out of date on the 2nd apparently and it's the 5th. It doesnt smell sour... should it be ok?

If it doesn't smell sour, you will be good to go
If it were me, I would use it.
I've used dairy up to 8 days after the "expiry" date without issue. Eggs even longer. It's only a guideline, common sense should also be taken into consideration.
If it doesn't smell or taste sour, you are good to go.
What's the worst that could happen? Sour cream?
It should be ok if it smells alright.
