What is a good gluten free bread recipe?!

Question: What is a good gluten free bread recipe?
I am experimenting with different gluten free bread recipes. I don't have many options since I cannot have dairy, eggs, butter, sugar or corn either. Also, if I can't have corn, should I be staying away from the cornstarch in the baking powder? I assume it's not a huge deal being a small amount?

Answers:

One of the best resources I have found for very restrictive diets is http://www.befreeforme.com/ They have recipes, as well as you can get coupons and samples. A surprisingly good website for gluten-free recipes is Land o Lakes: http://www.landolakes.com/Search.aspx?qu… They have a great gluten-free flour blend http://www.landolakes.com/recipe/1471/gl…

I do not know the answer to your question about baking powder, but would guess that yes you should not use it if you cannot have any corn whatsoever. The Be Free For Me site can probably answer that question better since they are the experts.

Hope that helps :)
