What to eat with tuna?!

Question: What to eat with tuna?
I have a can of tuna but i'm tired of making the same old tuna salad recipe, sometimes I like to eat it plain with just crackers. What are some easy, delicious, and creative ways to eat tuna? I'm a lacto-ovo pescatarian btw. thanks.

I try to eat both tuna and canned salmon a lot, for health reasons. Chicken of the Sea has a great website with a lot of really good recipes. I find that most of them you can interchange, tuna, salmon and crab meat. I like the tuna potato salad a lot.

Chunky Tuna Potato Salad
2 pounds red potatoes, washed
2 cups cucumber; peeled, seeded and sliced
1 cup sliced red onion
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped dill weed
1 (12 oz.) can Tuna
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook potatoes until tender; cool completely. Cut into 1/2-inch chunks. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, cucumber, onion and dill; set aside. In another bowl, lightly toss Chicken of the Sea? Tuna with rice vinegar. Gently fold tuna mixture into potato mixture. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings
