If you want to. It's not spoiled or anything, but it's probably dried out, and it may have picked up strange flavors. I doubt it will be tasty at all.



According to the USDA, freezing meat and maintaining it below 0-degrees F. will stop all bacterial action and render the meat safe to eat indefinitely.
Meat quality, however, may begin to suffer after a certain period, especially if the meat is improperly wrapped for cold storage. If the chicken was sufficiently wrapped to prevent any contact with air, it will be tasty. If there are any dry, brown leathery patches (indicating freezer burn), just cut off the affected areas and enjoy the rest of the meat.

You can eat it, but might want to consider using it for soup or a casserole instead. Being too long in the freezer can cause it to have a "freezer burn" taste.
