Idk
Try Crema Catalana. It is the Spanish version of Creme Brulee. Use this recipe but instead of the 2 cups of milk and cornstarch, Reduce 4 cups of cream down by half by gently heating while stirring occasionally. Allow to cool before adding to the egg yolks, prior to heating it up again. I like to substitute the lemon rind for orange zest as well:

I just made butterscotch pot de creme last night using this recipe.

Really easy to make and uses 0.5 L of your 1L.:)
G'luck!
Creme brule. Pudding. Bread pudding. Fudge. And any place it calls for milk in a dessert, you can usually substitute cream.
you can use this cream to do ice cream..
take some vanilla, chocolate, strawberry flavor.
cream pies, rich cakes, whipped cream, icing
Make an iced chocolate (you'll have to whip the cream, unless it's already in one of those spray cans).
Chocolate mouse
bake a cake, whip your cream into whipped cream, and spread it on your cake. mmmmmm
profiteroles or eclairs, used making choux pastry.....recipes are all over the internet
