YUM! I usually go for protein smoothie since I work out daily.
Usually for 2-3 people
1 1/2 cups different frozen fruits
1 scoop of protein powder (any kind - I use whey chocolate protein)
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
2 tlbs of flax seed
**1/2 cup crushed ice (optional - they add ice-ness taste to the smoothie, so good!)
BUT, if I want a normal smoothie, I always drink this kind because it's SO good!
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup berries (any kind)
1 banana
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ice
2 tlbs of flax seed
I make both smoothies and milkshakes!
smoothies: strawberry:
2 ripe strawberries
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
heres for a very special milkshake:
3 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
milk filled so it covers 1/2 of ice cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 1/2 tablespoon caramel syrup
1 squirt of whipped cream THEN BLEND!!

2 cups frozen strawberries, 2/3 cup frozen bluberries,/2 cup yogut, 1 banana, 1 or 2 cups juice depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be. add slowly to blender one ingredient at a time. serve fresh
