If one was to produce a Chi Chi's recipe cook book for sale would there be interests?!
I had spent a number of years at Chi Chi's, 16+ and have recreated a number of there recipes using an older food & beverage manual. My question is if I were to publish a book of there all time favorites would there be enough interest by the public to want and purchase it?

Not here. Chi Chi's always reminded me of "Mexican Wanna-be". Somewhat flavorless and cardboard Mexican. and it's "their" recipes, not "there"
Chi Chi's amay be interested in your cookbook from a legal standpoint.
