I'm 7 mo's pregnant and things I find good for snacks are low-sodium mixed nuts, fruit - apples are really good b/c they're filling and have a lot of fiber which will help you digest - granola bars or special K bars, etc. For dinner, my husband and I try to make dishes that aren't too rich but have a lot of veggies and lean protein, like pasta with broccoli squash and turkey breast. A bit of red meat here and there is good for you because you need to keep up your iron levels. We buy marinated flank steak from the butcher's or Trader Joe's which you can just pop in the oven for a bit or cook on the stovetop with rice and salad.
