Question: How can i stabilize whipped cream and make it as frosting?
Answers:

This light, fluffy frosting will leave your guests saying wow with its hint of vanilla & almond! The sweet melt in the mouth flavor will linger just long enough to leave a lasting impression, and then disappear leaving the pallet clean, and ready for the next course. Enhance dessert, create coffee toppings, or just dip bits of cake into it. Whether enjoying strawberries with fresh whipped cream frosting, or topping a decadent silky pie. Make it today, and find out how good it is!
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Things You'll Need:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1.5 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Glass mixing bowl
Whisk
1
First bring the heavy whipping cream to room temperature as this will allow it to achieve better volume, and will make it more fluffy. The fluffier that it is, the lighter it will taste, and that helps it to not linger on the pallet.

2
Second, pour the whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract into the mixing bowl. Sometimes it helps to put everything but the cream in first, and mix so that when the cream is put in, it instantly starts to incorporate all of the flavors.

3
Begin to mix the ingredients, and work air into the cream by mixing with large strokes. This will incorporate the air, and create the needed volume. Do this for about 2-3 minutes depending on the speed that is reached while mixing (use a mixer if your arm gets tired, but take care as it may over whip the cream)

4
Finally place the bowl, and the finished product into the refrigerator to chill before serving. When that is done serve in whatever manner is seen to be fit. Great on cakes, as a dessert topping, for coffee, or chocolate, maybe even served with fresh fruit such as strawberries.

my god man your onto something!

might need to experiment! maybe try adding a little gelitine.. and see if that stabilises it?
