Do you know any recipes that include maltesers?!

Question: Do you know any recipes that include maltesers?
I have two big bags of maltesers to use up - are there any good recipes that I can use them in?

Answers:

You could put them into a rocky road mixture! That would be delicious! Just google rocky road for a recipe - theres loads of different recipes, just depends on your taste! Or into homemade ice cream. Cookies, brownies..... the possibilities are endless!
Have fun!

Maltesers Buiscuits---------------------
250g butter, softened 1/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup condensed milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 165g packet Maltesers, roughly chopped 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
1/2 cup plain flour, sifted Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 4 baking trays with baking paper. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale. Add condensed milk and vanilla and beat for a further 1 minute. Add Maltesers and flours. Stir with a large metal spoon until well-combined. Roll mixture into small walnut-sized balls. Place onto prepared baking trays, allowing room for biscuits to spread. Gently press biscuits with a fork to flatten slightly. Bake, 2 trays at a time, for 12 to 15 minutes, swapping trays halfway through. Stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack : Replace Maltesers with chocolate-coated honeycomb, such as Violet Crumble squares, roughly chopped.

--------------------------------------… cupcakes
For the sponge: preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a cupcake/muffin tin with cupcake cases. Cream together the butter and both sugars until it is light and fluffy. You can use an electric hand whisk to do this. Add all the vanilla and then the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. If the mixture begins to look like it has curdled add a couple of table spoons of the flour and beat well until the mixture looks smooth.Using a metal spoon fold in the flour, baking powder and salt (add them altogether) and then stir in the maltesers. Divide the mixture equally between the 12 cupcake cases and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until a skewer (or toothpick) inserted in to the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. Onced cooked remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin. For the buttercream: using and electric hand whisk, whisk together the butter, icing sugar and vanilla until it becomes pale and fluffy. To decorate: once the cupcakes are ready, you can either dollop the buttercream on top of each cupcake and spread it around with a knife. Or for a more professional look fit a piping bag with a 1cm star nozzle and pipe the buttercream on top of the cupcakes. Sprinkle on some crushed maltesers to finish
