Please help! Cheesecake recipe calls for 350 degrees but my oven only goes to 250!?!

Question: Please help! Cheesecake recipe calls for 350 degrees but my oven only goes to 250!?
Here is the cheescake recipe if you want to look at it:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Easy-PHILLY-OREO-Cheesecake/Detail.aspx

However, my oven only goes to 250 degress farhenheit and I dont know what Im going to do.
I read another recipe online and it said that a cheescake should be baked at 250 degress for 3 hours? IS that right?

Do you know the difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
No, you don't. Apparently!

250o F = 120oC
and
175oC = 350oF

Now YOU figure it out!
.

You could try baking the cheesecake at the low temperature but it will take forever to bake, BUT it should be ok otherwise. It could take 3-5 hours to bake , which is fine if you have the time.

I was taught that cheesecake should be baked between 200F - 250F for 1-3 hours. The cheesecake is done when it jiggles as one. Let it come to room temperature after cooking then refrigerate it overnight.

I think you mean your oven goes to 250 degrees celsius. not degrees farhenheit. All cheesecakes should be cooked around 175 degrees celsius. Try it.
