Question: Would this work as a cheesecake recipe?
i have made many cheesecakes before
but i am looking for a white Chocolate recipe which is no bake and also sets in less than 24 hrs

as i cant seem to find one i have an idea on what to include as i have made similar ones before
but what i would like to know would this work
the recipe is a as follow

digestive biscuits crushed and mix with butter to form base

whip double cream until soft peaks add caster sugar and vanille essence and fold in melted white Chocolate and cream cheese
place onto base and chill till set

do u think this will work and taste nice??
also if you have made one could u kindly put the recipe below

It sounds cool. Try it. I would suggest using a small amount of white chocolate. It has a higher fat content. You don't want it to separate the cake. Enjoy !

edit - I would start with a 100 grams of white chocolate possibly. Less is better because it might separate. Also you might see if you find a recipe for a baked cake as well. Sound delicious though.



That sounds absolutely wonderful. I have made just a basic no cook cheese cake(the super simple kind)with cream cheese, sour cream and cool whip. Tons of that recipe on line. I melted white chocolate chips and mixed them in with the cream cheese. I also melted white chocolate and drizzled it on top of the cake. SUPER EASY
