Wheat free cake.......?!
I'm baking a wheat free cake for a friend's birthday. I've found some wheat free self raising flour so I was going to substitute normal self raising flour for it. Will it turn out ok? ie. will it taste different or do I need to bake it differently?

Look for gluten-free recipes. You need a specific recipe.
