How do you make a protein shake?!

I prefer whey protein. You can get non-flavored or strawberry or vanilla that would go with most any fruit flavored smoothie/shake. Also, you can get in the frozen section of the grocery store bags of mixed fruit that say they are for smoothies or just buy what ever frozen fruit you want. I say this because that is how I like to make mine and not use ice because the frozen fruit takes care of that. If you get a package that is for making smoothies it will probably have a recipe to use but I just guess and when I blend it in the blender I can add more liquid if necessary (I always be sure to not put much liquid in for starters).
