whats the best settings for a proofer?!
dont know what temp, humidity,time etc to set my proofer that i spent a lot of money on

The owners manual which came with your proofer should tell this. Also most bakery formulas will say...what temp. and humidity to proof at.
Temperature settings on proofers typically range between 110 and 125 degrees, with humidity between 95 and 98 percent.
read the instruction manual that came with it or go hunting for another manual.
I don't have one of those machines.
I use the oven set at 200 or keep warm, and put a pan of hot water under the bread.
