WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES

Makes approx.: 4-5 dz.
Effort: easy

INGREDIENTS:
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1 (2 oz.) pkg. macadamia nuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375o.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter flavored Crisco and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Gently stir in the flour, baking soda and salt, just until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Drop cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet) or lined with parchment paper) about 1” apart.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack and cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
