Can I freeze unfilled creme puffs?!
I am making small unfilled creme puffs to use on Feb. 12th. Can I freeze them until then if I make them now?

Yes you can freeze unfilled cream puffs. Just make sure that they are completely cooled and the inside has dried. If the inside is still a bit moist the cream puff shell may get soggy when you thaw them out.
Yes you can, we can buy them like that.
Not sure but I think they would be a little soft and leathery after thawing.
