How to cook on steak on broiler gas stove?!
i want to cook T-bone steak with my broiler but never used one before. I have a gas stove with the broiler on the bottom of it. And on my oven nobe there is a broiler temp. on it.

Under the broiler make sure the steak is on the pan that has a insert with holes in it to drain the juice while cooking...takes just minutes... it depends on how you like your steak...and the thickness..about 7 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the other side...that is for medium...don't set the pan to close to the flame...
Use the broil temp...
