Foods kinds sorta like zucchini?!
Okay, so I found this really easy zucchini parmesan idea.
Problem is, dont have zucchini.
BUT I was wondering if there was anything I could replace the zucchini with.
I though of chicken nuggets. And that's about it. >.>

If you don't have the ingredients don't make the dish.

Eggplant parmesan is delish but rarely do people have that in their house lol. You can do chicken parmesan too of course!
Carrots? I think if they were grated or thinly sliced it would taste nice with cheese
