How long does it take for 5 fl oz to cool down in the freezer?!
I'm making creme brulee and in a bit of a rush..so I'd just like to know how long?
I was thinking about 15-30 minutes, would that be correct?

no way for us to know since there are too many variables.
How warm are those 5 ounces?
Boiling? it will take longer than if it is room temperature.
how cold is your freezer?
If you are using the fridge freezer, thats not as cold as a chest freezer so that will make a difference as well.
Is the 5 ounces in a cup or spread out flat like on a plate?
That also makes a difference.
