I love reheated roasts as I like my roasties soggy. I just put a bit of butter on the mash, carrots and roasties so they don't dry out ?

Put a little water directly and dampen a paper towel, put it on top of the serving of roast and microwave on 70% until warm to your liking. Do single servings at a time and you'll have the best results.

Before microwaves were common, we used to reheat a pork or beef roast by slicing it and sauteeing the slices lightly in a lightly greased skillet. Warm the veggies the same way.

warm the vegetables in the microwave, re-heat the meat in a pan with gravy - this stops the meat from going tough. If you are having yorkshire pudding reheat this in the oven as the microwave will make thme go hard

Wouldn't taste as good...make one from scratch and eat it all on the day :-)

Tastes fine to me! Go for it!
