What is your favorite campfire recipe?!

Question: What is your favorite campfire recipe?
Answers:

Using a dutch oven - monkey buns.
Using a mountain pie maker - apple pie using cinnamon bread.
Using a stick - s'mores.
Using a paper cup - boiled egg.
Using foil - corn on the cob.
Using mud - baked potato.

We always enjoyed Hobo Bags; large heavy duty squares of tinfoil, a layer of potatoes, carrots and onion thinly sliced, season with salt and pepper and put a large hamburger patty on top of the veggies. Wrap tightly, and cook on grill for half an hour per side over medium heat. You can also add a big of sliced tomato to this, and garlic if you like it. Heat some bbq beans or grill some corn on the cob and zucchini. For breakfast, we always had to have bacon, scrambled eggs and fried potatoes w/ onions, shredded cheese on top, or eggs scrambled with crumbled brown hamburger, salt and pepper and a little soy sauce, or breakfast burritos.

Put chicken breasts, and a can of mixed veggies (pop top can eliminates the need for a can opener) and some Italian dressing and wrap in a foil packet. Put on top of a grate to cook.
Smores for dessert.

Our favorite one pot meal was to cook rice. When done add chili (with beans) and grated cheese. Stir til cheese melts and eat away. The kids often ask for this when home too.
