Generally when the brownies look like they are pulling away from the edge of the pan, they are done.
You should also turn the temp down 25 degrees when baking in glass because it bakes faster than metal pans.



Brownies take about 30 minutes to bake. Since you are using a glass dish and you are baking a larger pan, I would bake for about 40 minutes, but watch them,
Brownies should not be over baked and they usually look shiny on the surface.
