Cream cheese, there is a boiled type frosting. One version is called 7 minute fromsting. another is called White Mountain Frosting

You want to pick on someones typo? Then what the heck is FROMSTING?

If you like oreo filling, which makes an awesome frosting, use vegetable shortening and powdered sugar and whatever flavoring you choose. And no, this is not butter cream to those that may comment about it.

Recipe from an executive pastry chef. This is a request for those that HATES butter cream!

Try a package of Instant Pudding (I like Chocolate) and use whipping cream instead of MIlk. Everyone likes this on Angel Food Cake. Use it as frosting. We also use Pistachio Pudding for a pistachio cake. Keep the cake in the refrigerator after frosting it.

1 pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
1 cup milk
1 envelope Dream Whip ----------------------------------------…
Whip ingredients together with mixer and spread on cake.
This can easily be doubled
