I wouldn't eat sheepshead or suckers.
The rest of the fish (besides the gobies) are edible.
Some people eat carp and bullheads by smoking them.
Catfish is good.
The trout and salmon are very good eating.
Sunfish and perch are really good.
Northern Pike is good eating - They need to be filleted uniquely since they have Y bones off the spine.
Just get out there and get your line wet.
