The most common substitutes for eggs are:

Milk
Soy Milk
Bananas
Applesauce
Egg Beaters

Just add 3/4 cup of milk for every egg; it works just the same and you can't even taste the difference.

1 egg = 1 heaped tablespoon soya powder or 1/4 cup tofu.

1 egg = 2 heaped tbsp potato starch or arrowroot powder.

1 egg = 1 banana

1 egg = 1 to 1/2 tablespoons applesauce

I like to use flax meal. 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp ot water per ech egg called for. The only thing is that with a white cake it will leave "specks" in your cake. Just a visual thing really, makes it look like you used wheat flour, but it tastes sooo good.

* 2 tbsp cornstarch = 1 egg
* 2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
* 2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
* 1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
* 1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.
* 1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.
* 1 tbsp milled flax seed and 3 tbsp water = 1 egg. Light, fluffy cakes!

yogurt, or buttermilk. Just use the same amount as an egg would be.
If you are vegan you can use egg replacer

Nothing as for egss make it hold together.

Olive oil
